Nina Frame, Director and Nominated Architect, believes that architecture goes beyond mere structures. With a passion for infusing personal touches into every project, Nina envisions spaces that feel like home, inspire creativity, and foster personal growth.

Having over 25 years of experience and graduated from UNSW in 2005, Nina has honed her craft alongside industry-leading architects in renowned firms such as Van Rooijen Meyers Architects, GroupN, TKD Architects, and Innovate Architects. Through this journey, she learned that successful architecture requires more than just design flair; it demands a deep understanding of legislative codes and construction processes.

Since 2020, Nina has been dedicated to helping clients realise their design dreams. When you collaborate with her, you become an integral part of the decision-making process, ensuring that your vision becomes a reality. Each project is meticulously crafted to reflect your unique personality and needs.

In her downtime, Nina enjoys going camping with her family, keeping fit and healthy and enjoys her Latin social dancing!

Gavin oversees the operational aspects of this architectural practice, drawing upon over two decades of experience in the building construction industry across both commercial and residential domains. Prior to joining Enframe Architecture in 2022, he held positions as a Project Manager with prominent construction management firms throughout various regions of Australia, including New South Wales, Western Australia, South Australia, and Queensland. During this tenure, spanning over 20 years, he collaborated with reputable entities such as McMahon Services, Lend Lease, and Leighton Contractors (now CPB Contractors), following five years of engagement within the residential sector.

Throughout his career, Gavin has been entrusted with responsibilities encompassing resource planning, project blueprinting, milestone communication, and the facilitation of stakeholder requirements, deliverables, and timelines. Importantly, he has honed the ability to assess both collective and individual strengths and weaknesses within his teams, strategically aligning projects with the team's proficiencies to ensure successful outcomes. Adherence to critical paths and proactive issue mitigation have been integral components of his approach.

His contribution to this company encompasses a wealth of management acumen cultivated over years of practice. From fostering team morale and motivation to implementing systematic frameworks for seamless operational workflows and client interactions, he is dedicated to fostering a productive and harmonious work environment.

Mireille brings a strong understanding of construction requirements combined with a delicate touch for design.

With more than 30 years of experience delivering projects from concept design stage through to construction, Mireille's experience ranges from hospitality, education, commercial, retail and residential.

Mireille is highly organised and embraces the diverse challenges of each project, from the big picture constraints to the fine and often complex details of the construction phase. Mireille communicates effectively with clients, consultants, contractors & authorities. She has a keen focus on delivering quality documentation & strives to satisfy project requirements in a timely and efficient manner. Mireille is always enthusiastic towards new projects and is skilled in solving complex design problems and understands that a collaborative approach together with clear communication is required for a successful project delivery.

Mireille enjoys spending quality time with her family. She loves animals, the outdoors and is a huge fan of Mack & Kenworth trucks!

Degree of Architect and Urbanist (UFBA, Brazil)

With a professional tenure exceeding 9 years across diverse industry sectors, Alberto demonstrates a wealth of expertise in his current position. His skill set encompasses design and documentation, notably excelling in Building Information Modelling (BIM), particularly in architectural modelling utilising Revit as his principal software platform. Since joining Enframe in 2023, Alberto has played a significant role in the development of templates and families for Revit, an integral aspect of streamlining project workflows and ensuring consistency in design documentation.

He has been entrusted with the documentation of small to medium-scale residential projects. His proficiency extends beyond mere documentation; he actively contributes to 3D modelling and rendering endeavours. Rendering involves the process of generating a visual representation of architectural designs, enhancing their presentation and realism through lighting, materials, and textures. Alberto's expertise in rendering not only enhances the visual appeal of projects but also aids in conveying design intent to stakeholders, facilitating clearer communication and informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Beyond his professional commitments, Alberto finds fulfillment in spending quality time with his family, indulging in travel experiences, and participating in various sporting activities.

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Udayana)

Denus, born and raised in Bali, has spent most of his life there. He pursued his architectural education and began his career in the architectural industry in Bali, where he has had the opportunity to collaborate with numerous creative individuals, both local and international designers.

In Bali, Denus is primarily engaged in developing concepts, drafting plans, and creating other technical drawings. The majority of his projects revolve around designing houses, villas, hotels, restaurants, and beach clubs.

With his interest in 3D modelling and visualisation, Denus enjoys helping clients in envisioning their designs in 3D. Since joining Enframe in 2021, Denus is involved in the 3D visualisation of projects and also assists in preparing the required architectural drawings.

In his leisure time, Denus enjoys watching movies and TV series, exploring culinary delights with his wife, and attending music concerts, which are among his favourite pastimes.

Ethan is our newest studio addition. A recent graduate of the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), he brings with him four years of academic education, culminating in dual degrees — a Bachelor of Design in Interior Architecture and a Bachelor of Design in Architecture (Honours). With two additional years of professional experience in residential and commercial architecture, Ethan is dedicated to bridging theoretical knowledge with practical application.

Throughout his career, Ethan has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to translating conceptual designs into functional realities. His responsibilities encompass the entire project lifecycle, from initial sketches to final construction documentation, ensuring that each endeavour meets the highest standards of quality and innovation.

Renowned for his collaborative spirit, Ethan seamlessly engages with clients, engineers, and consultants to foster seamless communication channels and facilitate project success. Additionally, Ethan serves as our resident tech-savvy expert, while also leveraging his expertise in both still and drone photography to enriching our practice with innovative visuals.

On the weekends, Ethan is an enthusiastic adventurer, often found exploring the depths with SCUBA gear on or embracing the country dirt roads on his motorbike.
